Bespoke Orders
After the inital consultation bespoke orders may take upto 6 weeks to complete, this will be discussed with you in advance to give you an estimated time of completion. Unless bespoke orders are faulty they are not subject to our refund policy.
Delivery
All items ordered from the online shop will be sent via special delivery £6.95. Please let me know if you have a tight deadline and I will do my best to accommodate this. If you are an overseas customer then please contact me for more details on delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We will of course refund the total cost of your order excluding postage on goods returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of them. Items must be unworn, in a resalable condition and returned in their original packaging. Goods must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Earrings are excluded from our returns policy.
